Born in the small town of Franklin, Ohio I grew up in a family of five children with the hardest working father on the planet and a stern loving mother that took us to church every Sunday. My Pastor recommended that I read a book called Rich Dad, Poor Dad when I was in 8th grade and that is when my world was truly opened. Fast forward to today, I am a real estate investor/ private money lender with a background working in the Army and working as a Physical Therapist. I have a beautiful wife and 3 children that I love with all my heart. I started investing in real estate in 2007. I have bought and sold properties in Class A,B,C, and D neighborhoods. I know the advantages and disadvantages of each type of investment.
